Returns and Exchanges

Refunds are processed once a return is complete & will be processed in the order they are received. If you haven’t received a refund within 48 hours of confirmed return, please contact your Credit Card Company and/or Bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@k9connoisseur.com.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at support@k9connoisseur.com within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, 100% sealed in the original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.

There are certain situations where no refund will be granted: 

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- All sale items are final purchase.

- No returns will be accepted on items more than 30 days from delivery.

Once your return has been received and reviewed, a confirmation email will be sent out to the email provided. The refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 48 hours.

We also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us, letting us know what went wrong and we’ll make it right.

If you don't like the bone or treats you ordered, that's okay, you can exchange it for another treat of the same type within 30 days of delivery as long as your purchase is still in its original packaging (as in, 100% sealed) & condition. To process an exchange, please send us an email at support@k9connoisseur.com.

Please send any return inquiries to support@k9connoisseur.com. We will send you a return label to ship your purchase back to us.

K9 Connoisseur is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments.

If anything is incorrect or wrong with your order, please email us at support@k9connoisseur.com notifying us of the error. We will replace or correct your order free of charge.

If the purchase you receive differs from what you ordered, you may also receive a return box and shipping label, please return the original incorrect purchase to avoid additional charges.

Shipping

Throw a few extra items into your cart! We offer Free Shipping on all US-based orders over $50. We will automatically apply the discount at checkout.

We do not offer Free International Shipping at this time.

At this time we cannot fulfill orders outside the USA via our website. However, if you have an account at Amazon.com, you can order internationally through our Amazon Store. Additional shipping and export fees may apply.
